The Nasdaq’s gain was the biggest since the index reached a record near the end of 2014.
On the Wall Street, the Nascommodity index rose 0% to 1,944.35.
The S&P 500 was up 0.7% to 2,051.82.
The Nascomposites gain was biggest since April.
The Russell 2000, a reference index that tracks stocks with a price-to-earnings ratio above 10, rose 1.6%.
On the Nasco index, it was up 2.5%.
The SDRW S&p 500 Index rose 0,2% to 3,534.00.
The MSCI Emerging Markets Index was up 3.7%.
The Russell 3000 Index was down 1.5% to 28,846.23.
The U.S. 10-year Treasury yield climbed to 2.69%, from 2.67%.
The Dow gained 6.1% to 16,624.30.
The Nikkei 225 added 0% in Tokyo.
The Hang Seng index rose 1% to 6,053.94.
The Shanghai Composite gained 0.5%, while the Shenzhen Composite added 1.4%.
